How to Use

Use the mist as a moisture-refresh step and the cream as the final moisturising step of your skincare routine. Follow the directions on each supplied package.

1. Cleanse: Begin your routine with clean skin.

2. Shake the Mist: Shake well to blend the cream and essence layers.

3. Mist & Pat: Close your eyes and mouth, hold the bottle approximately 20cm from your face and mist evenly. Gently pat into bare skin or allow it to settle over makeup.

4. Apply the Cream: At the final skincare step, spread an appropriate amount of 345 Relief Cream evenly over the face and gently press until absorbed.

5. Daytime Care: Follow your morning skincare routine with a separate sunscreen. Neither product replaces sun protection.

Frequency of Use

Use the cream within your daily moisturising routine according to skin needs. Use the mist after cleansing, before or after makeup, or whenever skin needs a moisture refresh.
